Well, I had not been writing my misery here everyday. Not that I don't have misery but when I open my computer and looked into photos and go into people's site, then my time flew and forgot why I opened the computer to start with..

Last week, Matt was able to avail the test to be in the orhestra to show this Friday. I am so happy that he made it. For two days last week I had to carry that big upright base to and back to the high school auditorium for him to practise with the other kids from 12 schools. They will have a show this coming friday and I am so excited.  He is able to read notes for the base now. Hopefully next year he will be able to use or at least have the option to have an electric base. It is a whole lot easier to carry. He has classes 45 minutes in the morning just before the bell rings from his school. I managed to get up early on Mondays and Wednesdays morning just so he can take classes. He shows a lot of interest of it and it makes my life a little bit easier or otherwise.

Wednesday: My cousin and her daughter came to visit me. I took them out to lunch.. yeah.. I am lazy to cook.  But I love to eat out and so did they..

Saturday: We attended a birthday party. It was held at the park and was windy at times which made it cold.  My friend's son turned six years old. He had become a playmate of matt everytime we go to filipino/american party. So that was one of the highlights of the weekend.

Then on Sunday which was yesterday, my daughter was able to hang out with us the whole day. I went to picked her up in the morning.  She made pancake with blueberries for me and her since the boys ate cerial. Then for fun, I did her nails. She loves it when I do her nails. It has become our special bonding moment since she don't get to see us for the whole entire week.  We all make the time for her one day on weekend.

So I guess it's time for me to sit next to hubby since he's on the couch already. He was on the computer a moment ago checking his work...

Well, gotta go and have a very good night sleep.. and good day for tomorrow and for the next day too..

Hello dai Phoebe and Amor, thanks for coming and reading my well, di ano pa.. misery..


Being a mom and with my experiences had led me to believe that he love music. He doesn’t complain to get up early for two mornings during the school days. I know he love playing his Pokemon cards over anything. But when I say “it’s time to practise” he doesn’t hesitate to get up and do it. I am just simply a happy mommy.


Really, it's not fun when you introduced them to different things that they can take classes or lessons for and gives you that SIMANGOT look, waste of time lang. But sometimes to have a positive attitude helps them to get to love it.

For him, negotiation is always high. When he said he don’t like or care for baseball in particular and I had to make him do it twice and then quit. At least he tried it for two years.

He wasn’t enjoying the part of standing and waiting for the ball to come to him or close to. Though he love to hit or pitch. He has that sport love things but he can’t sit still, that is the problem.

It makes my life a lot easier when I know that my children are somewhat enjoying what they are doing. Di ba?
Amor, ngeh.. my daughter is old na. She is 22 years old. Yes! I am not a young chick anymore!

Miss Amor.. thanks dai.. really! it's not fun when you introduced them to different things and you can tell that they don't like it. And I tried to have let them part of the music while growing up dahil sa they are not so much into music here. Not sure.. But sa atin, kahit nakatira ka sa ilalim ng kahoy, you know how to wistle or humm..di ba.. but here seems like kids are more into Television kaya di sila marunong kahit mag wistle man lang..

Hi Fe thanks for sharing your weekly activities here. I felt like there was a movie playing in my mind. Sarap naman ng anak mo you're doing her nails, wish you can do mine to, LOL. (joke) Matt is musically inclined ha, I'm sure she took after your talent. I won't forget that birthday song you sang for Ms. Phoebe, LOL. I know the feeling Fe when your time flew browsing other people's blog then you wont have time or you forget what to write anymore.
