The sun was out but cold. Matt had no school. Herb worked from home. I managed to bike first and jogged after wards.
It was blue skies this morning. We were woken up by some parrots that are hanging around our neighborhood. It was so enticing to be out and do something but when I went out to put trash away, it was cold. I guess I forgot that it's winter..LOL.
Matt had no school today. They had a day off. We went out to Walmart to get some groceries and had lunch out too. We managed to stay out of the house for at least two hours. That means less playing X-box for him. I panic if he's home and nothing to do but playing x-box.
Herb was working home. He was kind of busy for a while, but managed to get away for 2 hrs. We were able to get groceries and stuff we needed to take to our neighbor's house whose family member passed away last week. He was late getting to the gym. It was about 3 pm that finally was able to and stayed there for at least 2.5 hrs.
I decided to do the bike first which was an hour workout. I managed to get through it and then decided to go for the jog. I didn't feel like doing it but had to push myself since I have been doing it for almost a month now. Everyday I seemed to add more time to what I had done the day before and I think I am feeling so dead tired now. Hubby suggested I shall stay for 3 laps which is an hour jog. I felt so tired that I wanted to sit but managed not to. I just felt I was dragging myself. Maybe I will take a day off tomorrow or just not do much. Hopefully I will get good vibe when I wake up early tomorrow.
